Q. Are you getting blocked?

A. In order to repair the blocked account problem you are currently having please clear your browsers cookies and cached files within its preferences. But you may also try to reload your browser as well and attempt to relog back into the site you previously attempted to use.

You must remove the proxy in your internet explorer, Tools/Internet Options/Connections/Lan Settings, then uncheck all boxes. If you don’t have those options you must upgrade to the latest version of IE.


Q. Why can't I logon?

A. We understand you are experiencing problems logging in.
Please try taking these appropiate steps in order to try to resolve your issue:
  1. Turn off all firewalls, please consult your provider for assistance in doing this. Their initial installation package could include firewall software which will cause problems.
  2. Remove all download managers.
  3. Please use CUT and PASTE when entering your password into the login form. Attempting to type your password in will cause many problems.
  4. Try using a different browser such as Netscape. You may download this free of charge at www.netscape.com.
  5. Please ensure there are NO spaces in the beginning or end of your password.

Q. Why can't I login with my userid and password?
A. Try the following if you cannot login:

Copy and paste your id and pwd when logging in, making sure you have no spaces when doing so.
Q. How can I change my password.
A. Passwords cannot be customized. If you want a password change, contact customer support and they will do if for you.
